Poverty and Spiritual Wealth

                                               

                        The two most dangerous atheistic vices on the planet, sex and wealth, can never buy you permanent happiness. The most significant factors in human life to establish oneself into the field of everlasting happiness are neither amassing wealth nor getting endowed with the sexual prowess and the libido to sexually satisfy your partner but it is complete self-satisfaction for the worldly man and for a more permanent solution, it is a total Self-Awareness to get oneself grounded into the field of genuine happiness. To tell you the stark truth, the need for  self-satisfaction to get you that ounce of impermanent happiness is not the real reason why we have been gifted this once in a zillion opportunity to have been born as privileged bacchas or Divine children of the most Supreme Godhead. Rather, it is in unearthing the most creative  reservoir of spiritual abundance and affluence by awakening our Self-Awareness the only and Ultimate goal of all human beings. If you ask me why the  “Minimalistic Theory” of the state of no-desires or spiritual abundance and affluence is the sole and only source of genuine wealth, well, I would like to say and reveal to you the stark  truth that any human being on the planet shall never be settled into the field of everlasting happiness and therefore be abundant and affluent by amassing a million, multi-million or a billion dollar fortune but by being Blissfully grounded in the “Minimalistic Theory” of the state of no-desires or the spiritual field of authentic abundance and affluence. Therefore, a millionaire, multi-milllionaire or a billionaire who has all the gold in the world but who has not contacted the Absolute and is not Enlightened is a good for nothing beggar and a pauper whereas on the other hand a spiritually elevated Being who is pennyless but has been established with the Unitarian theory, is a Samadhite, and abides with the “Minimalistic Theory” of the state of no-desires is a living Emperor not only of planet earth but of the Inifnite expanse of the entire manifested Universe.

                                The real definition of poverty is “ Not to be satisfied with as much as you can amass” and genuine abundance and affluence can be defined as,"To remain satisfied with as less as you can amass". Not to get satisfied with one’s material abundance, to feel the same “Unhappy pauper” and  still to want and crave for more is what is called poverty and according to spiritual vocabulary, getting satisfied with as little as possible is genuine abundance and affluence. Therefore, the most happy human being is someone who lives form the depths of his Unbounded-Self,  is satisfied for whom life is a comedy but it  is a tragic saga for the material man who functions from the superficial levels of his individual-self, is unsatisfied for whom life is a great tragedy.

                              Abundance and affluence is not measured by how wealthy you are but by how happy you are and this permanent state of everlasting happiness comes about through the “Minimalistic Theory” of living in the state of no-desires. The more you crave for material abundance" The more the unhappy pauper" you are because you are never satisfied no matter how much you accumulate and remain discontented and discontentment  is the root cause of unhappiness. The source of happiness is complete satisfaction which springs forth from the depths of your fully awake Spirit. Material wealth does not generate abundance and affluence and therefore permanent happiness, but spiritual wealth which is the Unbounded Self produces genuine abundance and affluence and therefore everlasting happiness. The Ultimate goal of human beings is not  to be wealthy but to be genuinely, spiritually abundant and affluent which arises from the happiness state of freedom from desires. 

                              Happiness and spiritual wealth or abundance and affluence depends on  whether or not you have problems into your life. The more problems you have, the more “ Unhappy pauper” you are. You shall be a pauper with continuous problems, the more you go on fuelling your desires. The more the desires, the more the problems and more the problems “The more unhappy pauper” you are. “Less is more”. So the lesser desires you have the more happy, abundant and affluent you are. Therefore, the secret of happiness, abundance and affluence lies in the true yogic state of no-deisres.

                      Life should be lived with necessities and needs that are ample and enough. Living with necessities and needs by more than the required, more than the needed or more than ample is being extravagant and signifies greed. Living with luxuries more than the required, more than ample or something far enough and still feeling having not had enough signifies extravagance and greed and are very visible signs of poverty. For example, if there is a need for a vehicle for transportation why would  you need a Mercedes when an inexpensive Maruti 800 can play the role of an efficient medium for commuting. Likewise, why would you  need a billion rupees worth of bank account when  about  two million rupees saved safely in the bank can help put your body and soul together for the rest of your life. The real meaning of genuine wealth is just the other way around as many receive it to be. It is," Life of  the  state of permanent happiness by living off and getting satisfied to the heart by financial and material resources that are as little  and less as possible", and this is exactly what the state of Self-Realisation is about- The state of everlasting happiness in the state of zero or no-desires!!! Therefore, the “Minimalistic Theory” of the Self-Realised state of no-desires is genuine abundance and affluence or spiritual wealth and the completely discontented feeling of not having enough inspite of being provided ample resources by the most Supreme Godhead is poverty.

Living with the totality of life

                             Life is a roller coaster ride for a spiritually elevated being and a fate in the gallows for a worldly human individual. The material man is a beggar who cannot realise all the abundance he aspires to accumulate inspite of all the effort he expends in his worldy life whereas the spiritual aspirant lives a life of complete fulfillment realising all his quest for genuine affluence without any blood, toil, sweat and tears only and only with the effortless effort of his fully alive Soul. This is the sole reason why the material man is a hopeless pauper and the spiritual being, a Cosmic Emperor. Your entire life becomes a celebration after the restoration of your most prized Self-Awareness.You live in abundant joy and start living a joy-ride of around the clock continuous and great happiness once you transcend the field of God. Your whole life starts becoming abundant, realising any desires that you may aspire to realise because of the effortless  flow of existence through the medium of the field of  Infinite Grace. You shall live to be counted among the most affluent human beings the moment your Soul nature becomes awakened. It is because to be spiritual is to be affluent and an Emperor and to be material is to be poor and dubbed a pauper. The moment your Soul nature becomes awakened is the time when you shall start living your life to the fullest because you begin to live in harmony with everything in existence, from the sub-atomic particle that you inhale right up to  the mega-atomic clouds that float through the sky. Since you start living in a complete Cosmic harmony, you begin “ Living with the totality of life”.

                          The sub-conscious state is the area filled with continuous frustrations, depression, suffering, sorrow, unhappiness, misery, wants, unsatisfaction, sadness, poverty and anxiousness. It is because the sub-conscious state is the field of total unfulfillment in which fulfillment is but a distant dream because the material world is an unfulfilling medium that can never cater to all of your needs, wants, desires inspite of the total commitment and effort you put into your life. This stark reality about the material life leaves many statesman to fail their countrymen, women divorce their husbands soley for the reason of an incompetent libido, a T.N.Pathik misuses his siddhis on devotees of God fearing for his masters identity  and a hopeless and unemployed man tightens the noose around his neck and hangs himself right through the ceiling after continuously starving due to lack of grub. Therefore, the sub-conscious levels are the anxious states in which success is achieved by and designated only for those human beings who have a genuine motive for doing everything and who therefore have succeeded in passing their interviews with the most Supreme Godhead. So, it is a life of monotonous anxiousness for human beings who hanker after material pursuit and the by-products are sadness, frustration, hopelessness, guilt, blame, anger, violence, addictions as the worldly life is an unfulfilling medium to cater to all of human wants, needs and desires.

                         As a spiritual aspirant starts his spiritual growth process and starts meditating his days filled with a continuous onslaught of anxiousness holds ground no more and he is less anxious now. His suicidal tendencies have dissolved and he starts enjoying and loving life. His wildest frustrations, panick attacks, anxieties, sorrow, suffering, pain are received by him to be transient and unreal as the leaves that wither during autumn and he overcomes them by the conscious powers of meditation. The conscious state makes him love life and life loves him back. The gradual dissolution of anxiousness during the conscious state is the tuning-in of the spiritual aspirant to an area of “Zero Anxiety”. The first three conscious states of a meditator are a gradual preparation to enter  the threshold of the door or the abundant  spiritual reservoir of Power, Freedom and Grace. The gates of Paradise are the open opportunities that lie for you to be so powerful so as to have the power  to achieve all the abundance and affluence that you aspire to realise. It means to have freedom from fear and your wildest insecurities and also implies to be forever free from even the fear of death. When the fear of death is conquered you will not live to fear anything. And living in Grace would mean the entirety of the  Cosmos or God responding to every intention and desire of yours and your dreams being fulfilled as easily and effortlessly as the great football  superstar Pele scoring soccer balls into the goalpost. The state of Power, Freedom and Grace tunes you into great harmony with all of life and everything in existence and this harmony with the totality of the entire Cosmos is what makes you start “Living with the totality of life”. The field of God is the threshold to the door from which you start living your life to the fullest.

Silence

                                                             

                      The state of silence in the material world is normally understood as the lack of physical commotion around our surroundings as most of the asleep globe population is totally unaware about the presence of the abundant spiritual reservoir of the state of silence of the fully awake Spirit. The human mind is in a rush hour every second of the day and is in a continuous turbulent state with the opposing interplay of tragedies and comedies, laughter and cry, elation and depression with only an occasional spark of happiness. All in all “The pin drop silence” of the mind or a very serene mental state is normally thought  not to exist in the usual material world. And so it is in the material world in which our extreme attachment to the worldy life robs us of that perfect peace of mind, a disturbance resistive and purity of mind as calm as the still waters of a lake which is only reserved for the lucky spiritually elevated few. This is the sole reason why people are drawn towards the stillness of a lake, a quiet flowing river, the calm seashore, the lone and erect mountains  or the ever serene Mother Nature whenever they want that state of a complete peace of mind. Try how hard one may, the stillness or the silence of human mind can never be developed without developing the spiritual powers of the Soul. The state of “No Mind” or the threshold to the door of the fourth spiritual centre is the master key to the abundant spiritual reservoir of everlasting silence or the stillness of the human mind. The state of silence is an impossible dream while getting quagmired in the material world but is completely possible if we learn to generate the powers of the dormant soul and succeed in transcending the fourth spiritual centre or the Anahat chakra.

                                      If you want to know how to make the state of silence a living reality, well, I would like to say there are about four valid methods or techniques to bring this about. The first requirement is a regular and daily practice of meditation twice a day. Choose a short, effective and practical meditation technique and be sure you do it on a regular basis. Never be irregular with your spiritual growth process and make sure that every time you sit down for meditation you meditate very seriously because the more seriously you meditate the more quickly spiritual growth happens. Don’t take your initiative to meditate seriously as an effort to hasten the spiritual growth process but only take it as a measure to facilitate your Soul exercise because the more impatient you are to quicken meditative growth the slower the development of consciousness happens. The second technique is to spend a regular amount of time in silence. This can be practiced for one or two hours or some times for days on end or whole weeks if you can afford and arrange the time. The practice of silence implies withdrawing from the use of speech and it also means abstaining from reading, watching television and listening to the radio. The third method is spending time in nature on a regular basis. You can go and sit nearby a lake, a forest, a running river, near the mountains or somewhere near the seashore. The last technique is to practice the vow of non-judgement. Our continuous habit of judging creates a turbulent mind so remember! Instill a nature of not judging anything, whatever they may be.

                           Judging, condemning, evaluating and blaming are qualities of a human nature. The exact opposite of human nature or the state of non-judgment is spiritual nature. In fact, the great Sage of our time, Mr. Dipak Chopra states that whenever one judges anybody or anything one is resisting the natural flow of the Universe and he further says that whenever one resists somebody or something one is interfering with the innate intelligence of the Cosmos. The state of silence is the state of total acceptance and accepting everything as the leela or play of the Cosmos is being wholeheartedly responsive to the Infinite Will of the Universe. And when you become non-resistive to the Infinite Will, your whole life becomes an open playground to the leela or play of Infinite Grace. Your submission to the role of the Infinite Will opens the door to the effortless flow of the field of Grace. Your fully restored awareness that accepts everything is your masterkey to the gates of Paradise!

                                    The material life robs you of mental peace whereas the silent life endows you  with tranquility, serenity and a completely calm mind. The infinity of desires in the mortal life continuously creates problems for you but the spiritual life is without a single problem and therefore without any desires. One is only temporarily happy with his worldly life but the field of permanent happiness fills one’s life with everlasting happiness. One is tempted to commit violence through thought, word or deed  in the earthly life but the purity of thought developed through contact with the field of God aspires one to lead a violence free and a peacful life. One is slaves to the senses in the human life and is frequently drawn by the pull of the sex centre but the Anahatic life transforms one to great admirers of beauty that stands for great purity and an aspirant starts developing a truly vegetarian quality than a non-vegetarian one. The life of unfulfillment does not establish the nature of goodness on a permanent and authentic basis but the awakening of the Spirit comes with the Divine endowment of the attributes of a  thorough gentleman and a perfect lady. The humanistic nature lacks genuine  love but the spiritualistic inheritance is that of a selfless, unconditional, true and pure Anahatic love. A soul natured person is a cent  percent modest whereas the material man is rooted in seeds of beast like arrogance. And last but not the least, the religious man lacks the spiritual insight to solve his worldly problems but the religion of religion, Spiritualism, equips one with the spiritually visionary profound spiritual wisdom to guide  his life as a lighthouse guides a ship at sea.

                               To  live in the state of silence is to live a life of Power, Freedom and Grace according to the great saint Mr. Dipak Chopra. The powerful people in the world are neither the elite who are controlling the planet right now nor a terrorist equiped with an automatic AK-47 but the messengers of God, the spiritually elevated beings, who in trun are controlling all these elites and terrorists. To be totally silent is to live an easy, fearless and secure life and to be torchbearers of the field of silence means to live an effortless life and to get to enjoy the ground of Infinite Grace.

                           You may be one of the most devout devotees of Pashupatinath,  countless goats might be  sacrificed by you to please the Gods, you may be on repeated fasts for the sake and wellbeing of your children, visiting temples with powerful energy to attain Grace may be your usual ritual,  bathing in the holy Ganga may be your method to purify your sins, you may follow strict religious rituals to seek God and engaging  yourself in divine communions or satsangs may be your means to get endowed with peace but to tell you the stark truth, salvation and liberation is not possible and can never be attained by following rituals and religion nor can the field of Infinite Grace  be contacted through religious worship. Salvation is only possible by transcending the sixth spiritual plane and liberation by going beyond the seventh. And! The field of Infinite Grace is but a distant dream without contacting the state of everlasting happiness. Let us see what  this field of Infinite Grace is all about.

                         Let me give you some examples of the field of Infinite Grace from the behalf of the most Supreme Godhead on the lives of His most loved devotees and make things crystal clear to you all. Pope John Paul II remarked after his assasination attempt that the Grace of God was clearly visible and responsible from him being saved from the guns of an assasin. The above qoute after he was saved from an assasination attempt was received well by devotees of God from all around the world.The assasin might have targeted his heart but the bullet struck his stomach. My senior school principal, Fr. Martin Coyne, is another example when a bullet slightly grazed past his belly during WW II after which he truly believed he got a boon of life from God and that was what made him leave the military service and spend the rest of his life in the service of God and humanity. Lord Vishnu’s most loved devotee, Bhakta Prahlad, is another example when the Preserver Himself incarnated to save His pious devotee’s life in the form of Nrishimha Avataar. The act of Infinite Grace can be something like when the planet and its inhabitants are rescued from the potential onslaught of  a WW III by the most Supreme Godhead instrumenting the (Preserver) nature of the Sustainer on this earthly dwelling and another instance when  an apocalypse was averted as the earth was in a direct collision course with an incoming comet only and only because God saw the need to plant the incarnation of Lord Vishnu at the appropriate time to avoid such a very pregnant catastrophe.

And this Supreme field of the state of Grace is so magical that you would neither need any effort nor the financial resources to fulfill your wishes, dreams and desires. The mechanics to fulfill simply any desires that you may have comes absolutely for free, without any price tags or costs  and functions with the effortless effort of your fully alive soul. The world’s richest man has to slug around the clock to amass the fortune to become the wealthiest on the planet but you are that lucky Being that can amass any amount of affluence without any effort, without any financial backup, without any cost and absolutley for free. That is why the world’s richest man is nothing but a hopeless beggar but you are the Emperor not only of this planet but the entire Universe!!!
