Cosmic consciousness

To be cosmically conscious implies to have one’s awareness restored to wholenesss. “What may be a perfect example of a fifth  state spiritual traveller who has his awareness restored to wholeness?” The awareness of the Self-Realised state is something like an assasin pumping lead into your body and you still accept the whole assasination attempt on you wholeheartedly knowing that it is because of God’s  Divine Will that the gunman is showering bullets into your physical frame. There had been an incident in the life of Maharshi Mahesh Yogi in which a female friend of the the world famous band, The Beatles, accused the yogi of inciting the young woman to a sexual encounter. Not a word did the yogi say, defending himself against the incident. This is an example of what the fully restored awareness of the fifth spiritual plane all about. “And what are the requirements to bring this superhuman state about?” The two  primary requirements to bring this state about would be alternating rest or meditation with wholehearted activity. Two sessions of meditation a day is mandatory for a spiritual seeker. The other requirement needed to bring the state of  Self-Awareness about would be wholehearted activity. Activity alone would not fulfill the criteria for bringing the second superconscious state about but activity done and carried out with your wholehearted interest is what is extremely essential to be established in Self-realisation. The awareness developed through the powers of meditation gets infused into the activity you do with a wholehearted interest and gradually, by and by the awareness is restored to wholeness once you are established in Self-Awareness. Especially, being wholeheartedly active between the fourth and fifth state of consciousness is very  significant.

“Everything is God’s Divine leela or play,” and this is what you  realise when you become a Self-Realised being. The fifth state spiritual traveller is always in a state of wholehearted surrender to the Infinite Will of the most Supreme Godhead. To be in the superhuman state of wholehearted surrender would mean to be established in the field of profound humility or an egoless identity. To be insightfully humble and egolessly established would mean to take in the Infinite Will with total  equanimity and in a state of complete balance. To remain balanced adhering to the Divine laws of life and therefore living a life of harmony would further imply not interfering with the Infinite Will of the Cosmos. Not interfering with the Infinite Will of the entire manifested Universe would further imply staying spiritually composed in the state of non-resistance. To resist anything in your life once you are Self-Realised would mean you interfering with the Infinite Will of the Cosmos or the leela or play of the most Supreme Godhead. And not interfering and being non-resistive to the Infinite Will of the most Supreme Godhead would also imply being non-reactive to the Ultimate and Divine Will of the Divine  Mother. These are some of the spiritual nature that the fifth law of the Self-Realised plane instills into your consciousness the moment the Vishudhi Chakra becomes fully awakened or once your awareness is fully restored to wholeness.

Even the strongest influences in the external world is no longer threatening to the man established in Self-Awareness. Changes in the external world whether they may be in the form of tragedies, failure, downfalls, accidents, humiliation, catastrophes, violence etc no longer affect the Self-Realised man. The cosmically aware man is free from the close bonds that he shares in life. Therefore, any misfortunes, accidents, deaths, tragedies that happen to the close bonds  that he shares in life does not affect him in the least  manner. Since the cosmically aware man has achieved freedom from bondage, even the death of his most loved father is taken by him in the true nature of spiritual calm and divine composure.

Mr. Dipak Chopra has to say that all of us, human beings, are nothing but recycled earth, water and air or in other terms raw materials of the Universe. To tell you the truth, there is no such relation as a father, mother, son, daughter, kin or friends. Maya, illusion or the relation of parents, offsprings, kins and friends that we share are shared to fulfill the Divine Mother’s requirements of us, human beings, to complete the final evolutionary process which is a spiritual evolution. To feel completely alone is the moment in the spiritual journey for the gentle dawn to be free from attachments to externals. The moment you are cosmically aware to feel that you are completely alone in this world and therefore when you break free from attachments with your loved ones is the time to realize that we were placed into so and so families, under the guardianship of so and so parents to ultimately loosen ourself from the firm grip of Maya or illusion, to get to realize our deepest Self, the cause for which all of us are born.

The essence of  spiritual life is not in being Self-Realised or Enlightened but in living the state of no-desires. The cosmically aware man achieves freedom from desires. You make use of the effortless effort of your fully alive Soul or you release the notion of your desire into your awareness,  for adequate finances to fulfill your minimum basic needs like food and clothing, for shelter and at the most to acquire yourself a Maruti 800, a Maruti Alto, aTata Nano or a Mahindra Reva electric vehicle and most probably nothing more than this because your desireless state would never make you crave for a Porsche, a Victorian bungalow, a private yacht or a personal jet. The more desireless you are the more happier you are and the more desireful you are the more miserable you end up becoming.

To become cosmically aware would mean,
To unearth the most overpowering love one has for in the world,
To capture the greatest affection one feels for in the Cosmos,
And that priceless love,
Is towards the only permanent reality,
Who happens to be the most Supreme Godhead.
